Our Story

Maybe you've come across a child, sharp, full of questions and potentials but stuck in a classroom that can't give them what they need.

Not because they lack potential, but because they don't have the quality education and haven't been taught real life skills they need to thrive.

That gap is what The Luminary Foundation for Education lives to fill.

It began small: tutoring and mentoring students. But we could see that this was something bigger than we envisaged.

That small effort grew into a foundation with one clear mission: to equip children with the skills to shine as luminaries and lead as changemakers, across Nigeria and beyond.

Today, we work hand in hand with schools, communities, and families to close the learning poverty gap and get African youth ready for a 21st century world that won't wait for them to catch up.
